This year we have two Eyewitness teams, one leaves today! The other team will leave on November 8th.Kristen Levitt will lead the first team and they're very excited, but have a long journey ahead. Our team is originating from different cities and will meet in Hong Kong. We would appreciate your prayers as we travel.
Please pray as you feel lead and remember these requests:
- Pray God will send an angel ahead of us to guard along the way and bring us safely to our destination - Exodus 23:20
- Pray for our team to feel God's peace and not to be anxious about travel or the trip - Philippians 4:6
- Pray our team would be in tune with God, to hear His plan and follow as He leads - 1 Corinthians 2:9
- Pray our team would have a servant's heart. Pray we will remember we are on mission to demonstrate His love to everyone we meet - Matthew 20:26
- Pray for our team not to be afraid and to remember God is with us. Pray He will give us strength - Isaiah 41:106.
- Pray that we would see others through Christ's eyes and our hearts would be filled with compassion - Luke 17:13
- Pray we will have the mind of Christ, that we will imitate Him and listen as He directs our path - 1 Corinthians 2:16b
- Pray for the hearts of the people that they would come to know Christ and to praise Him - Psalm 67:3-4
- As the trip continues, pray for us to be reminded that God is with us everywhere we go - Psalm 139:8a
- Pray we will remember to demonstrate love to our teammates and everyone we meet - Luke 10:27
- Pray we'll feel God's love for us as His children and we can tell others of His love for them - 1 John 3:1a
- Pray for God to reveal to us where we may need to reevaluate our priorities and focus our life on following Him - Luke 5:11
- Pray God would reveal Himself to us and show us where we can improve in our walk with Him - Psalm 139:23-24
- Please pray for traveling mercies as we begin the long journey home. Pray for smooth connections, ease through customs, and a safe arrival home - Psalm 91:4, 9-12
